Return of Goods Policy/Refunds

Sometimes you just buy the wrong product; this isn’t a problem at all. You can return unwanted items. We will happily issue a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase, providing you have proof of purchase, so please remember to hang on to your receipt or have your proof or purchase email. It is imperative that the item is in perfect resalable condition (including all packaging and tags). If the item has been used, damaged in any way we can not offer a refund.

Misused products include items used for a purpose different from that intended, as well as items not looked after.

If you have received an item as a gift, you may return the item for an exchange for a different size or colour. Please let us know the details when returning the item.

.It is the buyer’s responsibility to get the item to us safely, so we suggest using a trackable signed for service. Refunds exclude the original shipping cost.

 

FAULTY GOODS

We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your purchase. If the product you bought from us has a fault, please contact by either phone (07970409921) or email ([email protected]). We will ask for the item to be returned to us and may require a short explanation of what has happened and sometimes a photo to help us understand the issue. We will require a proof of purchase.

For items that are faulty within 30 days of purchase we will offer a full refund, repair or exchange.

Within 12 months of purchase, we will either seek to replace the product or repair it free of charge.

We do ask that all returned goods are sent dry and clean and are sent in suitable packaging for the item being sent.
